A large amount of my artistic work honors nature – its beauty, curiosity, and fragility. The themes are reflected in my newest series, Ocean Blue. The works seek to stir emotions by capturing the stillness and rejuvenation that water inspires in humans, as well as the energy and force that is created by the ocean waves, wind, and weather. Underwater there is another layer to explore - one of mystery and discovery. Blue Ocean includes a combination of images that were captured on camera and then developed as a cyanotype print, as well as camera less prints that used the actual waves, wind, and sand to create the image.
